Ken Troutt Memorial Scholarship Winners

Grant Schultz (left) of Davenport, WA and Jonathan Burkholder of Warden, WA. Mary Burkholder represented her son Jonathan who was unable to attend. The $350 scholarships were issued to each of them by Jerry York (right), sale representative for the scholarship fund, on behalf of the consignors, management and staff of the WCA/WSU Bull Test Sale.
