This bill provides flexibility for the department of fish and wildlife to collaborate with local governments to manage gray wolves - essentially allowing them to delist them in counties that meet specific criteria. This is a small step in helping ranchers and it passed out of the House Agriculture Committee with unanimous support from both Republicans and Democrats.
